Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

"Platform" / "mars86"

The online betting and gaming service operated at https://mars86.cam, including all associated products, features, promotions, and customer support services.

"Player" / "User" / "You"

Any individual who has registered an account on mars86 and uses the Platform for betting, gaming, or any related activity.

"Account"

The individual, password-protected account created by a Player upon completing the mars86 registration process.

"Real Money Balance"

Funds deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts (bank transfers, e-wallets) and held in the Player's mars86 account, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these terms.

"Bonus Balance"

Funds credited to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms before they may be converted to Real Money Balance.

"Wagering Requirement"

The total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before the bonus converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times).

"KYC"

Know Your Customer verification — the identity and document verification process required by mars86 before processing a Player's first withdrawal.

"Prohibited Conduct"

Any action that mars86 identifies as fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform, as detailed in Clause 8 of these Terms.

"Self-Exclusion"

A voluntary, Player-initiated restriction preventing access to the Player's mars86 account for a specified period, available as a responsible gaming tool.

"Effective Date"

The date from which the current version of these Terms & Conditions takes effect, as stated at the top of this document.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on mars86, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mars86 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of mars86 complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current o r former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of mars86 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have had a previous mars86 account that was terminated for cause, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Account Registration

To participate on mars86, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and contact details — is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• You are registering only one account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• You will keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential and will not share them with any third party.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

mars86 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. Account registration does not guarantee access to all products or promotions available on the Platform.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify mars86 immediately by contacting our customer support team. mars86 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

KYC Verification

mars86 is committed to maintaining the integrity of its platform and the security of all Players. As part of this commitment, we apply a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before approving any withdrawal request. You may also be required to complete KYC at account registration or at any subsequent point at mars86's discretion.

KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of payment method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet account used to deposit, confirming ownership.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of you holding your government-issued ID, taken upon request.

All submitted documents are reviewed by our compliance team and treated in strict confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until KYC documentation is reviewed and approved. mars86 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

mars86 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — regardless of the relationship between you and the account holder — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit. These limits are subject to change without notice. mars86 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which mars86 accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is applied as an anti-money-laundering safeguard. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be complete and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus balances must be fulfilled before the corresponding funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours (WIB, UTC+7). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed on the next available business cycle.
• mars86 targets withdrawal processing within standard timelines published in the cashier section. While we endeavor to process withdrawals as quickly as possible, processing times may extend during periods of high demand, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day), or where additional verification is required.
• mars86 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on mars86 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mars86 does not perform currency conversion. Players are responsible for ensuring their payment method is denominated in IDR.

Bonuses & Promotions

mars86 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly permit multiple claims.
• Bonuses are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the specific promotion terms before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games within the validity period specified in the promotion. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account without notice.
• mars86 reserves the right to determine which game categories contribute toward wagering requirements and at what contribution percentage. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slot games. Contribution rates are disclosed in the promotion-specific terms.
• Placing bets that, by design, cover opposing outcomes to minimize risk while satisfying wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "hedge betting") is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• mars86 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, mars86's decision, having reviewed the relevant account data, shall be final and binding.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slot, crash game, and other gaming activities on mars86 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules published within the Platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. mars86 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where an obvious error (palpable error) is identified in the odds or game configuration.
• mars86 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error ("palpable error") regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Players will be notified, and the staked amount will be returned to the Real Money Balance.
• In the event of a dispute over the result of a sporting event or game outcome, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for international football, PSSI / PT LIB for BRI Liga 1, BWF for badminton) shall be final.
• mars86 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per event or per game at any time, including for individual players where betting patterns suggest professional arbitrage or syndicate activity.
• All slot, table game, and crash game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot titles are published by the respective game studios and are available upon request.
• Players may not use any software, algorithm, script, or automated tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform. The use of VPNs, proxies, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is also prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mars86. Violation of any of the items below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Opening or operating more than one mars86 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with mars86.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or unauthorized means.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Using prohibited software including bots, scrapers, automated betting systems, or odds-comparison tools that interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds for financial gain.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mars86 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to mars86's systems, databases, or another player's account.

Responsible Gaming

mars86 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core operating principle, not merely a regulatory obligation. We offer the following player protection tools, accessible from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic session termination after a set period of play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net activity.
• Cool-Off Period: A short-term account restriction (24 hours to 30 days) that prevents betting activity without permanently closing the account.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary, longer-term account restriction (minimum 6 months) for players who feel they need a more substantial break from gambling.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mars86 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game content, and underlying technology — is the exclusive property of mars86 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from mars86.
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes, including operating a competing service or aggregating odds data.
• Use the mars86 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of mars86 intellectual property may result in legal action and will constitute grounds for immediate account termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mars86 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or any other cause.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or account balances arising from a technical error, provided that mars86 takes commercially reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors promptly.
• Losses arising from the Player's own negligence, including failure to protect account credentials, failure to log out on a shared device, or failure to use available responsible gaming tools.
• Losses attributable to third-party payment processing delays, banking errors, or e-wallet service interruptions outside mars86's direct control.

mars86's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Privacy & Data

mars86 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

In summary, mars86 uses your personal data to:

• Verify your identity and maintain your account.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses.
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• Deliver customer support and respond to inquiries.
• Improve Platform performance and personalize your experience.
• Send promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

mars86 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers essential to Platform operations and with authorities where legally required. Amendments

mars86 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to initiate account closure and any applicable withdrawal of remaining funds.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. mars86 will not be liable for any harm arising from your failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as recognized in the jurisdiction of the Platform's operating license. Players access mars86 voluntarily and acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and mars86 that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Where negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body.

mars86 does not represent or warrant that the Platform or its services are legal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using mars86 complies with the laws applicable to you in your place of residence or access.
